This one took place on 30 November 1016 in England. He was stabbed while defecating in a toilet at age 26.

This one took place on 4 August 1306 in Bohemia. He was murdered with a spear while sitting in the garderobe at age 16.

George Dyer

This on took place on 24 October 1971 in Paris. He overdosed on alcohol and amphetamine while using a toilet at age 38.

And the last one

Robert Pastorelli

This one took place on 8 March 2004 in California. He overdosed on morphine while on a toilet at age 49.

So what i hope you can take away from this is that the chances of you dying on a toilet is low, but never zero.
